Furniture Request Form

• To receive furniture from our organization, a certified social worker must complete a Referral Request Form.

• Please note that our services are exclusively available to residents of Tuscaloosa County.

• If you have a client in need of furniture, kindly email cade.highsocksforhope@gmail.com to request a referral form. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will reach out to the client to confirm their needs, address, and availability for delivery. Most deliveries are scheduled on Fridays between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

    • Beds- Come with bed frame and sheets/ pillows

    • Chest of Drawers

    • Nightstands

    • Couch/ Recliner/ Love seat/ Living room chair

    • Other items may be available
